We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rhoback gear, which is why we offer a seamless returns and exchanges process within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the provided menu.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
